“Kimigayo” (君が代^?) is the national anthem of post-1868 Japan. It is also one of the world’s shortest national anthems in current use, with a length of 11 measures and 32 characters. Its lyrics are based on a Waka poem written in the Heian period (794-1185), sung to a melody written in the imperial period (1868–1945). The current melody was chosen in 1880, replacing an unpopular melody composed eleven years earlier. While the title Kimigayo is usually translated as His Majesty’s Reign, no official translation of the title nor lyrics has ever been established by law. Prior to 1945, “Kimigayo” was the official national anthem of the Japanese Empire. When the Empire of Japan (imperial period) fell and its successor state, the State of Japan (democratic period) replaced it in 1945, the polity therefore changed from absolutism to democracy.

The Maiden Tower (Azerbaijani: Qız Qalası) or also known locally as Giz Galasi located in the Old City, Baku in Azerbaijan is an ancient tower with cultural affinity corroborating the presence Zoroastrians, Sassanians, Arabs, Persians, Shirvanis, Ottomans, and Russians. Built in the 12th century, as part of the walled city of Baku, the Maiden Tower, with the Shirvanshahs’ Palace dated to the 15th century, are an ensemble of historic monuments which have been inscribed under the UNESCO World Heritage List of Historical Monuments as cultural property under category iii, in 2001. It is one of the most noted landmarks and Azerbaijan’s most distinctive national emblems, and is thus featured on Azeri currency notes and other official letter heads.

Thanksgiving Day is a holiday celebrated primarily in the United States and Canada. Thanksgiving is celebrated each year on the second Monday of October in Canada and on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States. In Canada, Thanksgiving falls on the same day as Columbus Day in theUnited States. Because of the longstanding traditions of the holiday, the celebration often extends to the weekend that falls closest to the day it is celebrated.

Alexander III of Macedon (20/21 July 356 – 10/11 June 323 BC), commonly known as Alexander the Great (Greek: Ἀλέξανδρος ὁ Μέγας, Aléxandros o Mégas ), was a king of Macedon, a state in northern ancient Greece. By the time he had reached the age of thirty, he had created one of the largest empires of the ancient world, stretching from the Ionian Sea to the Himalayas. He was undefeated in battle, and is considered one of the most successful commanders of all time. Born in Pella in 356 BC, Alexander was tutored by Aristotle until the age of 16. Alexander succeeded his father, Philip II of Macedon, to the throne in 336 BC after Philip was assassinated. Philip had brought together most of the city-states of mainland Greece under a Macedonian hegemony, using both military and diplomatic means.

Yer üçün təhlükə yaradan 2005 YU 55 nömrəli asteroid artıq yerdən uzaqlaşıb.

Bu barədə Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının (AMEA) N. Tusi adına Şamaxı Astrofizika Rəsədxanasının baş direktoru Əyyub Quliyev bildirib. Onun sözlərinə görə, diametri 400 metr olan asteroid Yerə çox yaxınlaşacağına görə təhlükəli hesab olunurdu:

Gün ərzində neçə min insan doğulur neçə mini ölür. Olar bilər ki ,yer kürəsində əhali 7milyard neçə mindir. Biz bəzən narın içərsindəki pərdənin altında çürük və yaxudda təmiz nar dənəcikləri görürük. Onlar pərdənin altında gizlənirlər. Yalnız cəmiyyətdə fitnə törədən insanlar həmişə pərdənin arxasında gizlənirlər. Həmçinin yaxşılıqla ətrafı nurlandıran insanlarda. Onlar yaxşılıqlar edib kənara çəkilirlər və gündəmdə olmağı sevmirlər.
